Skin tags, or papillomas, are noncancerous growths on the skin that can be unsightly and irritating. They commonly grow around the face including the eyelids
Dermatologists refer patients to us to remove skin tags when they are too close to the eyes. We use safe techniques to protect the eyes while we treat the skin tag. Patients can expect the skin tag to disappear and completely heal within a few days to a week. We expect extremely minimal to no scarring once healed
